Transparency
How ranking and the Sponsored label work
Trust is our product. These rules apply to every paid placement, without exception.
Always labelled
Every paid placement carries a visible “Sponsored” label with an explanation of what it means.
At most 3 per list
Only up to 3 sponsored places appear at the top of any list. Everything below keeps its normal order, and sponsored places are not repeated.
Only the default order
Sponsored places are pinned only in the default “popular” order. Sorting by name, distance, rating or newest is never affected.
Reviews can't be bought
Payment never changes ratings, reviews or fair-price information, and never hides another business.
Approved places only
Only published, verified places can be promoted. We may refuse promotions that mislead travellers.
Anonymous statistics
Impressions and clicks are counted as anonymous totals. We never share visitors' personal data with businesses.

FAQ
Questions from business owners
How much does it cost?
Each package has a fixed price in Lao kip shown above. There are no hidden fees or automatic renewals.
How long does a promotion run?
Each package runs for the number of days shown, starting at midnight (Lao time) on the date you choose.
Why are some dates unavailable?
To keep lists fair, only a limited number of places per zone can be promoted at the same time. Full days are greyed out in the calendar.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or BCEL OnePay QR. After paying, upload a photo of the slip in the Business Portal. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 72 hours.
How long does payment verification take?
Usually within one working day. If something is wrong we explain why, and you can upload a new slip.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel an order yourself until it is approved. For approved orders, please contact our team.
Can you guarantee bookings?
No. We guarantee the placement and show you honest impression and click numbers, but bookings depend on your offer.
Will travellers know it's an ad?
Yes. Every paid placement shows a “Sponsored” label, and at most 3 sponsored places appear at the top of a list.
